The physical appearance of the xplorer speaker is very pleasant. It has a brushed metallic case with wrap-around material grill protect. On the bottom are 4 rubberized feet to prevent speaker motion. The top rated of the speaker has four chrome buttons: on/off/pairing, keep track of assortment/quantity down, track assortment/volume up, perform/pause/handsfree. There is also a faux-leather-based have tackle that seems a bit far more cosmetic than useful given that it detaches pretty conveniently from the posts on either finish. The back again of the speaker has a micro usb enter for charging the non consumer-replaceable lithium polymer battery. A usb to micro usb charging cable and a aux cable are involved with the speaker. 1. Pleasing sound and appearance. I was provided with an xplorer bluetooth speaker, at no cost to me, for evaluation. This speaker came in eco-friendly packaging. The appearance of the xplorer speaker is very nice. It has a brushed metal case with wrap-around fabric grill cover. On the bottom are 4 rubberized feet to prevent speaker movement. The top of the speaker has 4 chrome buttons: on/off/pairing, track selection/volume down, track selection/volume up, play/pause/handsfree. There is also a faux-leather carry handle that seems a bit more cosmetic than practical since it detaches quite easily from the posts on either end. The back of the speaker has a micro usb input for charging the non user-replaceable lithium polymer battery. A usb to micro usb charging cable and a aux cable are included with the speaker. The specs indicate that this is a 10w speaker (5w x 2) with a frequency response of 40hz-19khz. In addition to the two forward facing drivers, there is a passive bass radiator on the bottom of the speaker. The sound is reasonable for such a small speaker.
