GPO Westwood 25 watt Speaker, Good sound, super attractive but poor bluetooth connectivity

Superb – works flawlessly with the gpo memphis turntable four-in-one. Outstanding – operates correctly with the gpo memphis turntable 4-in-1 new music centre with cd and fm radio – wonderful sound for a compact unit.

Excellent audio, super appealing but very poor bluetooth connectivity. The photos do not do it justice, it can be seriously eye-catching and feels like a sturdy speaker. The seem is very good, i actually like that you can modify the bass and treble. It really is really loud for the size but i am not certain it would do anything at all other than a smaller celebration. Now for the challenging portion, the bluetooth. I, like most persons today, only join by using bluetooth to the speaker. I assumed the speaker would have the standard 10m bluetooth relationship. I would say it’s all-around 2, at very best.

GPO Westwood 25 watt Speaker with Subwoofer, RCA input and Bluetooth – Black

  • 25 watt output with sub-woofer, Bass, treble and volume controls
  • Multimedia connection through Bluetooth, RCA input and 3.5mm aux in
  • Vintage cloth style grill, carry handle and metal corner protectors
  • Use individually for playback from Bluetooth enabled media devices
  • Great addition to the GPO vinyl turntables

Participate in it loud pure not at all. This performs truly very well streaming tunes via my kindle. The audio excellent is pretty fantastic for these a smaller device and the quantity is good in a reasonably sized room.

Great top quality item with a good rich sound.

I bought a gpo attache scenario report player and as my overview for this merchandise states i have been delighted with the participant but discovered the seem from the internal speakers weak, for the reason that i like the file player in all other ways i determined to take a gamble and obtain the gpo speaker in the hopes that the seem from the player would be enhanced and i am not dissatisfied. This small speaker really enhances the gpo history participant and will turn a frustratingly weak sounding inside speaker into a really appropriate audio with excellent bass and treble, it seriously is worthy of shopping for. The controls for the speaker are extremely very simple a plug and perform sort of notion and although you will not be experiencing large ground breaking volume your gpo transform table will abruptly grow to be entire with a powerful very clear tone and ample quantity to fill your home. When you include up the cost of the speaker and switch table i really feel it truthful to say that with the two things you will get a great deal of return for a modest outlay. For any person starting up out with vinyl appear no even further and for individuals dusting off the outdated data then relaxation certain the speaker and player will contend with most 60s / 70s transportable gamers in each volume and tone.

I purchased a gpo attache case record player and as my review for this item states i have been delighted with the player but found the sound from the internal speakers weak, because i love the record player in all other ways i decided to take a gamble and buy the gpo speaker in the hopes that the sound from the player would be improved and i am not disappointed. This small speaker really complements the gpo record player and will turn a frustratingly weak sounding internal speaker into a very acceptable sound with good bass and treble, it really is worth buying. The controls for the speaker are very simple a plug and play type of idea and whilst you will not be experiencing massive ground breaking volume your gpo turn table will suddenly become complete with a strong clear tone and enough volume to fill your room. When you add up the price of the speaker and turn table i feel it fair to say that with the two items you will get a lot of return for a modest outlay. For anyone starting out with vinyl look no further and for those dusting off the old records then rest assured the speaker and player will compete with most 60s / 70s portable players in both volume and tone.
    • Nicely finished, reassuringly heavy. Retro styling is nice and does’t jar with the interior of my shed. The flashing bluetooth indicator light is a bit irritating but it’s mounted to the rear so you don’t notice unless the room is in darkness – then it’s a bit distracting. The sound isn’t bad either – quite warm and the tone control in the form of bass and treble knobs is nicely old-fashioned. Bluetooth range is a little weak; it doesn’t like a distance of more than a couple of metres and even that’s with no obstacles. Possibly due to a weak signal from elderly iphone. Output through an auxilliary cable is much louder than the bluetooth but maybe that makes sense.
