Ok / good great (once i plugged the mac into the speakers pc input). Firstly, mine arrived quickly, and with a uk plug. So, the european>uk adaptor that i also ordered won’t be getting any use. On setting up (macbook pro), i was surprised how much bass there was. On twiddling the bass and treble controls, i found that absolutely no difference was noticeable. So, not sure what’s going on there. Even so, i have an eq app for my mac, so set the output to my liking from there instead. So, apart from the (lack of) eq problems, everything else is good. And then i remembered that i had plugged the mac into the aux input of the speakers. Plugging them into the pc input does then allow the bass and treble controls to do work.I’m liking the sound more now.
Excellant but for coming with 2 pin plug in uk ???. These would of been a solid 5 but they was sent to me with european 2 pin plug on instead of normal 3 pin they haven’t even added a adapter be careful when ordering make sure you order adapter plug ~(is this allowed in uk to sell european plug with out adapter as some people may try to ram in a normal socket surely health and safety )right apart from that they sound very good they look very nice and operate very well i bought them to add to my very expensive pc so give better sound and they did that with top of range creative sound card onboard wow i can listed them all day i miss my sub but wont be long before that’s added to thisupdate after few hours of useso far since getting these they have been on for at least 8hrs a day and so far they are getting better and better but i have to admit the base was a bit knocky(on desktop ) i have since purchased the studio series monitor guards (very highly reccomended what a difference )http://www. Uk/gp/product/b007z1wnkc?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00these make the base punchy and airy and the sound is alot better and to be honest now all set up with top range sound card and wow they amaze me everyday ,to get best sound you defo need decent sound card pushing them has on baord (tried to see what they were like on x99 pro baord with 8 core extreme cpu ) is not good enough they are passable but the difference when set right wow.

Good but not supplied with uk plug or adaptor. This item arrived well packed. On unpacking found that it had a non uk plug and no adapter. Build quality is very good and they look great. The control feels a bit cheap but works to control the volume level only. Comes with decent speaker wire to connect the speakers together and both input leads (one jack and one dual phono). The base sound is a little too heavy for my liking but you can adjust these with the pots on the side of the powered speaker. Range on the bass and treble pots are – 5 to +5. The volume pot is a jogger dial. In all happy with this purchase which i’m using for raspberry pi musicbox.
Came with euro plug fitted . Product appears to be well made and bigger than i expected – sound is excellent – good bass deep rich tones. My came delivered fitted with a euro 2 pin plug despite being sold and shipped by amazon, which of course is illegal if a special adapter is not supplied (not just a holiday adaptor) – but i’m in conversation with amazon about this point at the moment. One thing thats good is the 2 inputs – i have 2 macs and i’m able to run both of them from these speakers with no issues.
Very good when paired with fiio e11 kilimanjaro. Worth investing in a headphone amplifier like a fiio, especially if you’re in to house/edm/etc, as the difference is quite substantial. Bit of a pain having to get a eu-uk plug adapter but they’re like £2 from clas ohlson so not the biggest issue. Size is pretty good, big enough to really project sound but also small enough to be able to move around a room or flat easily.
Edifier Studio 1280T – loudspeakers (Grey, Wood, Tabletop/bookshelf, Studio, Wired, RCA, Wood) : These are brilliant speakers, the sound is excellent, it looks great, the build looks durable, and they don’t take up much space. You’ve got a remote to control the volume, and can modify the bass and treble on the speaker itself. They can go really loud, and still sound really good.
