Creative Inspire Surround Speaker System : Sounds great couple of small issues.

Great set of speakers, just a lot of wires which ive found difficult to conceal. Also the cables from the back of the sub to reach into the back of my pc are too short, could do with another 30cm of cable length.

Outstanding set of speakers for gaming and movies. These come near the top of the list for the search “5. 1 surround sound system” when the average customer review filter is applied and its not hard to see why: excellent quality of sound more than capable of filling my large bedroom at 25% maximum volume with a rich bass which really adds depth to the music and effects in games and movies yet, somehow, manages to stay contained in my bedroom. My previous system literally used to shake the house but did not produce bass with anywhere near the same quality of this set. You really need to experience these to get an idea of what reviewers are talking about. The mid-tones are crisp and clear and in games with quality voice acting it really is like someone else is in the room with you. For 60 quid this set really offers the best quality to value ratio unless you want to get into crazy money (who pays £800 for speakers anyway?). Things that weren’t clear in the description: you need either a motherboard or a sound card which supports 5. This will appear as a section on the back of your pc with 5 (or 6) multicolored holes which your earphones could plug into ( i.

Fantastic speakers with 95% of the features you will need. These speakers produce fantastic sound. Strong bass, nice mids and lively highs are provided by the 5 satellites and bass unit combo. I have tested this system using a multitude of sources including movies, music & podcasts and i can confirm that it performs well under all situations, not peaking until almost at the top of its level range.(the bass may be heard to peak slightly earlier, but that’s a given for a, system like this). The remote is good and a nice feature that allows very accurate control of level for the system as a whole. Well it would be nice for the remote to include 2 3. 5mm jacks for headphone out and line in for ipod etc as you currently have to either remove the lime green stereo jack from your sound card and plug it into your device or listen through your devices tiny speakers. Not the best ideapros:*nice sounding lows, mids and highs*great level without peaking*nice remotecons:*no headphone out/line in.

Good build, quality and bass. I am extremely happy and impressed by the quality of this system. You won’t find many better ones on the market for the same price range. There’s a good bass to the sub (obviously) and the speakers can reach a high volume with no distortion. The volume controller cable length is a good size but the 1. 8m cables for the rear speakers just about reach to where i need them without being pulled tightly. Luckily, i only have a small room but this wouldn’t be great in a larger room.

Like i do on the ps3) this won’t work unless. Just be aware if you have red and white audio connections (e. Like i do on the ps3) this won’t work unless you buy this adapter logitech 970150-0403 – interface cards/adapterswhich i had to do so added 20 quid on the price.

These speakers are great for the price, the sound quality is amazing. If you play games like battlefield or call of duty you can hear where enemy’s are exactly which i have always needed a head set to do. The sub woofer is also very good and does not over power other sounds like when someone is talking and explosions are going off you can still hear them talking perfectly which my old speakers did not do. The only problem i have found with them is the volume control as to turn it up or down you have to move the little wheel on the controller however the slightest touch turns it way up or down so you have to try to move it with the tiniest nudge. Overall i would give this set a 9/10 for the price and sound quality. After using these speakers for a few days iv’e also noticed that the sub woofer is not as loud as other speakers iv’e used before. With other sets you would play music or something with explosions and hear the rumbling all over the house/garden, with this set even when its on quite loud you can barely hear any noise outside the room its in which is a huge plus. If your looking for a new set i would defiantly recommend these.

Explosive sound reproduction. Visually, this speaker system is a largely black, quality look with silver trim around the satellite speaker drivers. The front satellites are also larger than the rear and centre ones to increase visual appeal. Additionally, the system comes with a small volume control (wired) to allow you to turn the volume up/down/off/on. The sub-woofer is similar in spec to other sub-woofer designs on the market. The speakers and sub-woofer offer great portability due to size of the units in size, and can easily be placed anywhere without too much fuss. Unpacking and setting up the system is quick and painless and shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes. Simply arrange your speakers in the desired locations and then plug supplied cables to your sound card and that’s it. The unit comes with the audio cables handily already attached to the sub-woofer unit, meaning that you will never lose them. The speaker system features two new technologies: the “dse” (dual slot enclosure) and the “ifp” (image focusing plate).

Having had creative products in the past i know that they produce excellent quality stuff. This speaker system is no exception, the quality is fantastic. I chose these to go with my xbox one system and boy do they produce some top quality gaming experiences. Its not a straightforward connection though but this was solved with a dts/ac3 converter (about £40) utilising the spdif optical port from the xbox with no issues at all. However, the inline power/volume controller cable is very short, which is a bit of a hindrance, bt connectivity may be better but isn’t available with this kit.

1 surround sound systems about but creative’s new t6300 seems to be directly pitched against the logitech x-530 pc multimedia home theatre speaker system (and are also very similarly priced). As i’ve been using the x-530 system for the last few years i am well placed to compare the two and, after exhaustive testing (i lost count of the times i disconnected one system to reconnect the other over and over. ) i can say that they are both excellent systems but the subtle differences may steer you to choose one over the other. Let’s begin with build quality. I was disappointed with the creative’s in this respect as the materials seem rather lightweight and have a cheap feel about them (as opposed to the logitech whose speakers are heavier, more solidly put together and generally feel far more robust – particularly the subwoofer which is probably twice the weight). In particular the remote control of the t6300 is a particularly poorly built unit that – although works – has an indistinct feel to the on/off-volume wheel (and i actually question the practicality of a remote where the cable is shorter than the distance you’ll probably be sitting from the unit anyway). In terms of looks i think the creative’s are probably the better looking of the two (although curiously, unlike the logitech, the centre speaker also stands vertically which is easily remedied by laying it on its side).

Firstly let me say that acoustically these speakers produce a great sound as mentioned by other reviewers having in mind they are driven by a pc card for a small space. If i was to be critical i would say the sound lacks clarity in the higher frequencies. However, where the package is let down is in its design. The instructions also leave a bit to desired – they do not show nor explain why two speakers are larger than the other three. When it comes to setting up the ensemble the the cables are only long enough for a desk top layout and are much too short to be able to locate the cables, particularly to the rear speakers, neatly around the perimeter of the room rather than across it. The speakers are designed for sitting upright on something so it is not possible to fix them say to a wall. Ditto the remote which has too short a cable – i can’t even see the need for it anyway as all the other controls are on the screen. It seems that style has taken precedence over practicality. Those responsible for the design of these speakers have clearly not had to set them out in a real life situation nor use the minimalistic instructions.

Great sound system – one criticism. You might wanna buy some jack/cable extensions to go with this – it’s difficult to guess how far you’ll want to move your speakers around and you may find yourself short, this isn’t a criticism, just some advice that i’d give to anyone buying surround sound systems. One slight criticism – the speakers go into a standby mode if no sound is made for 15 minutes (this is intentional, i have read from the product makers website). That’s not really a problem if you even make the slightest sound like the click of a url at least once every 15 minutes. But if you’re away from keyboard for 15+ minutes – you’re not going to hear anything (like a message sound). Just something to be aware of.

Sounds great couple of small issues. . First for reference;everything plugs into the subwoofer, so plan cable lengths from there. Satallite speakers are all male rca connectors. Its designed to work with a computer and there are three 3. 5mm audio jacks, green/black/orange. Cable lengths:front speakers (left/right) : approx 1. 45mcentre speaker: approx 1. 6mrear speakers (left/right) speakers: approx 3. 7mwired remote control: approx 1. 5mpower cord from subwoofer: approx 1.

Great little sound system, does a good job and ideal for listening to music of films. Looks good and doesn’t take up too much room. The remote control is a useful included accessory.

Good quality sound, great system, just one minor niggle. I bought this speaker system as a replacement for an older creative inspire t6100 5. 1 system that i’d had for years and which finally gave up the ghost. I use a creative sound blaster zxr soundcard, have had a good experience with creative speakers in the past and this speaker system received good reviews elsewhere: clarity, depth, tonal definition. The way that i have set up my pc i currently only use 3. 1 (left, centre, right and bass woofer). I don’t play enough games or watch enough movies on my pc to really miss the rear speakers. The desktop speakers themselves are surprisingly light, but stable; i have no concerns about them toppling over, but they do move easily if knocked. I’m forever having to realign them. But then if i would let me twin boys sit on my desk to play lego games what can i expect, huhsound quality is great.

The sound quality and product is more than acceptable considering the price. The design is pleasing to the eye, the sound quality may improve in function who sound card you use. The only bad thing is that the wires from the rear speakers are a bit shorts. Good product, great seller,.

Decent set of budget 5. 1 compact speakers. . For just shy of £70 the creative inspire 6300 is a cracking set of 5. 1 surrounding sound speakers. The speakers come minimally and economically packed in the smallest possible box you could get all the components in. I’m not actually sure i would be able to get them all back into the box again without knowing exactly where they are each supposed to goyou get one subwoofer, surprisingly small in size but very much still capable, on top of this you have two small rear speakers, two large front speakers and one small front speaker and one inline remote control. Unlike other speakers systems i have purchased the speakers were not prelabelled with room positions, which led to some initial difficulty in setting them up. There are however two of the smaller speakers with significantly longer cables from them which i assumed were the back speakers. I also had difficulty working out how to plug it into my computers soundcard as unfortunately my soundcard is not colour coded. That is however not the speakers faultonce plugged in the sound quality is great considering the speaker size and cost, while not as nice as the sony sound system i have in my living room (which is around £200 more) they still play music and games at a decent level of quality. Just a few things to mention briefly, firstly these won’t be able to be plugged into a television or blu-ray/dvd player directly as your tv will likely have only one audio out.

Good set of surround speakers although i’m having trouble utilising. These are a thrill to have in your room, especially when they randomly make evil noises and give you a heart attackjokes aside, good set of surround speakers although i’m having trouble utilising two of the smaller ones. They do go really loud and the bass is good too no complaints and the evil noises is probably just a fault with this particular unit i received but i can live with it.

Speakers need adapter or doubd blaster. But it is problem because you need speaker adapter or sound blaster. I tryed to connect into laptop it is working only 2 speakers because in laptop only one speaker hole. And sound turn off itself after 20 min you need press sound bottom than again playing. I am not happy with this item.
